Privacy Policy

We do not collect personal information unless you choose to provide it. The forms on this site (Contact, Community Feedback, and Request Public Records) ask for your name, email address, and message, and may ask for a phone number and the school your message concerns. Phone numbers are optional.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that may record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running, not to identify individual visitors.

Information you submit through a form is delivered by email to the Charter Authority office so we can respond to you. We use it to answer your question, review your feedback, or process your public records request.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not use your information for marketing.
• We share it only when needed to respond to you, or when the law requires it.

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties. If we add analytics in the future to understand how the site is used, this policy will be updated to say so.

CCSJ Charter Authority, LLC is a charter school authorizer in the State of Indiana. Records we hold, including messages submitted through this site, may be subject to disclosure under Indiana's Access to Public Records Act. Please keep this in mind when you decide what to include in a message.

This site is not intended to collect information about students. Student education records are held by each school and are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Families with questions about their student's records should start with the school. Our Parental Rights page explains how to raise a concern.

This site links to other websites, including the Indiana Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Education, and the websites of the schools we authorize. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. Please review their policies when you visit them.
